Organizational Change Leadership (MS)
The Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership (OCLE) encourages the development of agents of transformation in organizations or in your own company. The program explores the human aspect of the organization, focusing on the application of effective leadership strategies that promote innovation. Three core areas are emphasized: self-leadership and transformation; team leadership; and leadership of the organization. The degree contributes to the achievement of competences in emotional intelligence, ethics, motivation, innovation, communication, conflict management and respect for diversity.
The Aguadilla and Ponce campuses are authorized to offer this program through online education.
