MECN 4350 Aerospace Structures and Materials
Analysis of the properties of the wing and fuselage sections. Emphasis on the analysis of beams and plates under buckling conditions. Analysis of torsion, sharp bending and asymmetric bending in multiple sections with thin and lengthy walls. Includes the study of structures, properties and manufacture of materials commonly used in the aerospace industry.
