RNTR 401 Medical Nutrition Therapy
Through this course, students will gain insights into how medical and social histories play a crucial role in accurate nutrition diagnoses. The course also highlights various counseling techniques and introduces therapeutic diets tailored to address specific health challenges. Emphasizing the importance of monitoring and evaluating outcomes, this course prepares students for effective and informed interventions. This online class has optional live sessions.
This course is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. Instruction is provided by faculty employed by partner institutions within the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education.
Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Hartwick College. Students register through Hartwick College and receive academic credit from Hartwick College.
