CRIJ 6324 Justice Management and the Media
This course is an examination of how justice system management and administrative officials address challenges related to the wide range of contemporary media platforms. The contemporary social context of mass media outlets and social media outlets present numerous public relations challenges for justice system officials. Topics in this course include the ethical considerations which pertain specifically to the justice system management personnel and their interactions with the media as well as the current best practices, which are available to address contemporary challenges.
