MGMT 3354 Organizational Behavior

This course explores how individuals and groups respond to and act in organizations and how organizations manage their enviornments. Levels ofanalysis include the micro view of individualbehavior, group-level behavior, and the macro viewof collective organizational behaviors. Topics include leadership, perception, values, team dynamics, group and organizational proceses, motivation, cross-clutural communication, andcomparative management techniques based on patterns of organizational behavior in differect cultures.
