LDSP 3355 Decision Making and Quantitative Methods

(3-3-0) Students learn about the complexities of decision making in organizations. Decision theory, game theory, probability, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, regression analysis, linear programming, and other decision tools are studied. Special emphasis is also placed on creative problem solving, riskassessment, and strategy. Leadership and decision-making skills are developed through applied learning activities.
