Students will learn how to explore, interpret, and communicate insights drawn from real-world datasets, guided by interactive DataCamp modules. The course also integrates Intermediate Google Sheets coursework to practice hands-on data cleaning, visualization, and hypothesis testing without coding. By the end of the semester, students will have a working knowledge of how and why statistics are used for data analysis, learn how to best convey their insights through data storytelling, and understand how data supports decision-making in both academic and professional contexts.
