ETC 508 Concepts of Sustainability and Social Sciences
This course focuses on a project-based approach to teaching the Social Sciences while establishing opportunities for direct classroom application and transformative student learning. Emphasis is placed on the integration of the social, ecological and economic dimensions of sustainability. Candidates learn to incorporate project-based pedagogy, theory and practice and how best to implement them into classroom instruction.Course Entry Requirements: Acceptance into the Masters In Teaching program or by Director’s permission.
