ECU 562 Differentiated Instruction

The focus of this course is to identify and structure material promoting the education of students, establishing quality principles within differentiated instruction. Emphasis is placed on various approaches to teaching and learning in order to provide multiple strategies that ensure individual and diverse student needs are met. Candidates research and analyze key principles of differentiated instruction, how best to implement them into classroom instruction and evaluate the effectiveness of selected practices.Course Entry Recommended: It is recommended but not required that candidates complete ECU542 and ECU552 before this course.
