CIED 636 Teaching History/Social Studies, 6-12

Required curriculum and instructional methods course for all students completing a licensure program in secondary history. This course enhances the content and pedagogy in the secondary history/social studies classroom. Emphasis is placed on historical documents, literacy standards, and age-appropriate strategies and lesson planning.
