FIN 427 Financial Management II

Extends the knowledge of financial management and provides insights into the complexity of the decisions faced by practicing financial managers. Various topics are covered in the course with major emphasis on capital budgeting. Other topics covered include working capital management, international mergers and acquisitions, financial engineering, optimal capital structure, and enterprise value.
