ENG 485 Rhetoric and Power
An exploration into how language reflects and interacts with society from a number of different angles, including (as they apply to language) definition, framing stereotypes, language taboos, powerful and powerless language.
Prerequisite
ENG 200-level literature course, and membership in the Honors Program or permission from the instructor.
