CMGT 340 Leading with Positivity
Bringing about change in an organization-no matter what one's position-requires a unique set of skills. This course assists students in creating, fostering and managing organizations where people thrive and perform at their best. By building on emerging theory of positive organizational scholarship (POS) as applied in today's fluid organizational contexts, this course develops a framework for the study and application of positive emotions, engagement, relationships, and outcomes at work.
