CMBA 641 Organizational Behavior
This course is a portion of the CMBA curriculum intended for those pursuing a concentration in general management. The course studies individual and group behavior as they relate to organizational effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on motivation, leadership, power and politics, the effect of organization design on effectiveness, and group processes. The psychological, interpersonal, and behavioral dynamics in organizations are applied to the management decision making and methods of analyzing and improving performance are also addressed.
