CHEM 410 Advanced Biochemistry

A detailed discussion of selected topics in biochemistry including membrane transport, membrane and organelle chemistry, photosynthesis, nucleic acid chemistry, selected metabolic pathways from lipid and amino acid metabolism, and mechanisms of enzyme action. Drug design and the mechanism of action of selected drugs will also be discussed.
