STEM Engagement

Unless a major has specific requirements, students may choose any combination of eight (8) credits from the list of core STEM classes. A student may take all math, all science, or some combination of the two. And the STEM classes that satisfy the core requirement are not just about getting students ready for the next science class: they strive to create a useable understanding of the natural world, and thus more responsible citizens of that world.
