MLS-4000 Laboratory Management and Education
This course is designed to explore the best practices involved in laboratory management and education. The lab management portion of this course will include management theory, scope of management, quality issues, budgeting, personnel issues, evaluation and application of management concepts, as well as legal and ethical considerations. The education portion of this course will include principles of learning, curriculum design, assessment, teaching methodologies, resources and accreditation.
