ECE-122 Special Needs in Early Childhood Education

The role of the teacher in identification, evaluation, and planning for special needs in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. The course covers the breadth of problems found in special needs child care, from educational, family, and community perspectives. Requires 20 hours of field work.
