ENV-139 Tropical Ecosystems

A field course in the tropical ecosystems. This course explores the biological diversity of the New World tropics and incorporates natural history of flora and fauna within primary and secondary forests, riparian zones, river channels, forest clearings, and forest canopy. Practical skills in biodiversity are developed through guided field study. Permission of the instructor is required.
