LAW-5301 ELECTION LAW
This course examines the practice of democracy throughout the United States. We will read several of the major Supreme Court cases involving the constitutional right to vote, including issues related to ballot access, minority vote dilution, gerrymandering, the regulation of political parties, campaign finance, and election administration.
