2021-2022 Academic Calendar for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Pre-Licensure Program)
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Pre-Licensure Program) is structured with 16-week terms that include two 8-week sessions. Cohort start dates for the nursing core follow the below schedule. Aspen University reserves the right to cancel or change a cohort start date at any time for any reason, including low enrollment.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Pre-Licensure) Program Locations
Arizona- not currently accepting applications
Phoenix- Elwood: Aspen University’s 19,650 sq. ft. location at 4615 E. Elwood St. in Phoenix, AZ supports the ground component of its BSN Pre-Licensure program for Arizona students in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The campus is in Sky Harbor Towers with easy access from State Route 143, Interstate 10, and Sky Harbor International Airport. The facility, opened after complete renovation in July 2018, contains the academic and educational services required for BSN Pre-Licensure students, faculty, and program administration.
Phoenix- Honor Health: Aspen University’s 10,000 sq. ft. location at 19612 N. 23rd Ave, Phoenix AZ is embedded within the Honor Health hospital location in north Phoenix. It is easily accessible off of State Routes 17 and 101 and supports the ground component of the BSN Pre-Licensure program for Arizona students who prefer this location to the Phoenix-Elwood campus. The embedded facility, opened after complete renovation in September 2019, contains the academic and educational services required for BSN Pre-Licensure students, faculty, and program administration.
Florida
Tampa: Aspen University’s ~30,000 sq. ft. location at 12802 Tampa Oaks Blvd., Tampa FL supports the ground component of its BSN Pre-Licensure program for Florida students in the Tampa metropolitan area. The campus is within the Tampa Oaks I property with easy access from Interstate 75, East Fletcher Ave, and Tampa International Airport. The facility, opened after complete renovation in September 2020, contains the academic and educational services required for BSN Pre-Licensure students, faculty, and program administration.
Georgia
Atlanta: Aspen University's ~17,000 sq. ft. location at 859 Mr. Vernon Hwy NE Sandy Springs, GA. It contains the facilities needed for the ground component of its BSN Pre-Licensure program for Georgia students in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The campus is within easy access of intersection of Interstates 19 and 495. The facility is scheduled to open in Fall 2022 and will house the program's academic and education services.
Tennessee
Nashville: Aspen University's ~20,000 sq. ft. location at 1809 Dabbs Ave, Nashville, TN contains the facilities needed for the ground component of its BSN Pre-Licensure program for Tennessee students in the Nashville metropolitan area. The campus is within easy access of Intersection of Interstate 40 and the 155, near the Sonesta Nashville Airport. The facility contains the program's academic and education services.
Texas
Austin: Aspen University’s 22,000 sq. ft. location at 101 W. Louis Henna Boulevard in the Austin suburb of Round Rock supports the ground component of its BSN Pre-Licensure program for Texas students in the Austin metropolitan area. The campus is in Frontera Crossing at the junction of Interstate 35 and State Highway 45. The facility contains the academic and educational services required for BSN Pre-Licensure students, faculty, and program administration.
