MGMT 1101 Leadership and Career Lab
The Leadership & Career (LC) Lab will aim to develop leadership, teamwork, and career skills through action, reflection and experimentation. The course will offer weekly behaviorally based labs to allow students to practice and reflect on improving soft skills needed for career and life success. The LC lab methodology is highly participative and relies on experiential learning, feedback and a openness to change & development.
