HGEN 8340 Database Management and Data Analysis for Genetic Research

This course will provide training and experience in database creation, data management, and data analysis for genetic research. Approaches for utilizing publicly available genetics databases also will be reviewed. Special issues related to the management of pedigree-based information and genomic data and big data analytics will be discussed.
