GISL 105 Islamic Thought-English

This course examines Islam, its belief system, sources of legislation, and social and ethical values. Also, the course discusses topical issues such as the Islamic economic system, Islamic philosophy, as well as Islam and science, human rights, women and gender, secularism, globalization, terrorism, the environment, and bioethics.
