BDMR 415 Marketing Research

The course is designed to help students develop their research, inquiry and communication skills, while enabling them to use scientific research methods to develop marketing strategies and assist decision makers in making strategic and managerial decisions. The course covers types of research, stages in the empirical research process, survey research methods, questionnaire construction, types of sampling designs, data collection methods, data analysis through SPSS. The students are required to identify a research problem/issue, selected appropriate method to collect data, perform data analysis, interpret the results, and present a research report.
