BBEI 300 Principles of Entrepreneurship
This course describes the logical sequence of the steps in planning a new business. It examines the tools required for the successful start-up and management of a small business. It explains the concept of entrepreneurship (including social entrepreneurship) and its role in staring, managing, growing and transforming the business to a professionally managed entity as a sustainable business. The students are given a chance to apply their knowledge from other areas of business to prepare a complete entrepreneurial and sustainable business plan. Prerequisites: 60 CH and BBUS 100: Introduction to Responsible Business.
