MBA 645 Strategic management

The course is designed to integrate knowledge acquired from MBA Courses and apply it to the management of the firm at the Corporate and Strategic planning level. Hands on Simulation of business game at the MBA level and case analysis assure the student has mastered the tools, techniques and methods of the Strategic Management Process. In this course students will act as managers making decisions that contribute to the success of a business.
