604-3- Professional Development

Policy: United States University encourages professional development at all levels. The University supports and encourages professional development through internal and external opportunities for full-time employees, if approved and funds are available. Employees interested should work with their manager for approval. Professional development should aid in the employee's current role.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide clarity on the University's support of professional development to promote continuous learning and skill development. 

Scope: This policy applies to all University personnel.
