Program Description

The health/fitness technician program is a two year (4 semester) program designed as a career ladder program providing students with a specific area of study in four different specializations. The program prepares multi-skilled fitness professionals qualified to perform various skills in the health and fitness industry. Coursework includes instruction in coaching, athletic care, wellness, nutrition, principles of coaching leadership and athletic performance.
