The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with an area of study in Construction is designed for those working in the construction industry. A total of 18 area of study credits must be from 3000/4000-level courses. The B.S. degree with an area of study in Construction Science is a 120-credit program.

How Students Earn Credit in the Area of Study:
- Students whose areas of study are not complete at the time of enrollment may use prior learning assessment (PLA).
- A total of 18 area of study credits must be from courses at the 3000 level or above.
Courses listed in the area of study are offered as a guide. Other courses may also be considered appropriate for the program. The inclusion of similar courses must be reviewed by the evaluation team. Students must submit their program plan for review to ensure that course selection is appropriate for the degree.
