Organizational Leadership area of study is an online, 12-credit program that focuses on developing management and leadership skills and transforming students into strategic leaders.

Students who have earned a baccalaureate degree from an institutional accredited college or university may earn a MSM area of study in Organizational Leadership. In addition to the 12-credit area of study, students must complete the 24 core credit requirements of the Master of Science in Management degree program, as listed in the program template.
