The rise of social media and mobile and commerce-based applications has increased the need for organizations to understand how people use technology to communicate that encompasses all fields of communication from education to healthcare to public policy to business. The Graduate Certificate in Professional Communications links the study of technology and how it is used to communicate in today’s market and prepares students to serve as voices for their organizations in today’s new media environment.
