LAW-0064 Securities Moot Court Team
This course is for student who have been selected for participation on the Securities Moot Court team in the Fall semester involving no more than three students. The team’s primary activity is a national competition. The team writes a brief in the first part of the semester on a problem fashioned to highlight federal securities law issues. The team then spends roughly a month preparing for the oral advocacy stage of the competition. The team then participates in a national competition held at Fordham Law School (NYC) in late March or early April.
