MAST 1120 Human Diseases

Provides review of anatomy and physiology per body systems and fundamental information concerning common diseases and disorders of each body system. For each system, the disease or disorder is highlighted inlcuding: description, etiology, signs and symptoms, diagnostic procedures, treatment, management, prognosis, and prevention. Topics include: review of anatomy and pphysiology, and diseases of body systems.

Program Admission, ALHS 1011- Structure and Function of the Human Body OR BIOL 2113, BIOL 2113L and BIOL 2114, BIOL 2114L with a grade of ‘C” or better AND ALHS 1090 - Medical Terminology for Allied Health Sciences with a grade of ‘C” or better
