Work Ethics
Work Ethic Grade In keeping with the mission of Southern Crescent Technical College and its commitment to prepare students for the workforce, you will earn a Work Ethic grade at the end of the term, based upon your demonstration of the ten work ethic traits listed below. The Work Ethic grade is separate from and in addition to your course grade and will be noted as 0, 1, 2, or 3 (see below). The ten traits are attendance, character, teamwork, appearance, attitude, productivity, organization, communication, cooperation, and respect.

3 = Exceeds Expectations
2 = Meets Expectations
1 = Needs Improvement
0 = Unacceptable
