EV 505 Organic Farm Management

Students will engage with local organic farm operations, including the gardens and greenhouses at the White Violet Center for Eco-Justice, to understand the critical systems and operations needed to ensure proper farm management practices. This course may also include field site visits to other local organic farm operations.
