ART 139 Digital Photography I
Presents the fundamentals of Fine Art digital photography, including camera equipment and software used for image capture, management and manipulation. Topics include camera settings and exposure control, composition, working with light and time, and creative image manipulation.
Prerequisite
Basic computer skills are needed for success in this course. A digital camera with manual settings is required.

A digital SLR camera with manual settings is required for this class.
Students are required to have a basic knowledge of computers prior to taking this class. Students should be able to upload and download files from the internet, external devices, and flash drives; use the internet for basic research; be able to send email and attachments; and save information to CD/DVD, flash drive, or other external devices. Student without these skills are required to take MGD 101.
