ED 5464 STUDENT TEACHING: SECONDARY EDUCATION
A student shall complete a semester of supervised instructional experience in a designated area cooperating school. Half the semester w ill be at the 7-9 grade level and the other half will be in the 10-12 grade level. Student teaching requires a full-time commitment. No personal activity such as courses or part-ti me work may interfere with the student teaching experience. Seminars included.
Prerequisite
All applicants for student teaching must be matriculated and recommended by the division as having evidenced potential for effective teaching on the secondary school level. All course work must be completed and the student must be in good academic standing.
