CIT 4450 MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

This course will provide a comprehensive and intensive experience of building software applications for mobile devices based on the most common/popular mobile operating systems of today. Students will build upon their demonstrated programming skills using a modern object-oriented language and using modern development tools as they practice design, development, testing and revision of a mobile application. They will also gain exposure to the software distribution mechanisms supporting today’s mobile applications.

Students should have completed Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming (CIT-3250).

Corequisite

It would be valuable for students to take this course in conjunction with HCI Design, though this is not a requirement.
