Journalism – Minor

Requirements

A minor in Journalism requires 6 courses (18 credits) in the discipline that must include

CMA 2020	MASS MEDIA & COMMUNICATION	3
	And
CMA 2310	NEWSWRITING	3

The remaining 4 courses (12 credits) can be chosen from any CMA course above 2000 or from the list below:

CMA 4850	COMMUNICATION ARTS INTERNSHIP	3
ART 2800/CMA 2800	DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY I	3
	Or
ART 1700/CMA 1700	GRAPHIC DESIGN PRINCIPLES I	3

CMA 4850: Only 3 Credits

Only one ART course can be taken to fulfill the minor.
