Writing-Intensive Course
This course is intended to provide students with an understanding of the health care systems organizational theories and structures. Perspectives regarding effect leadership, including but not limited to motivation of staff; conflict management; purchasing; interviewing techniques; writing job description; performance appraisals and disciplinary processes. The courses will introduce students to cost accounting and management control concepts and use for health services organizations.
