BUS 5860 Project Management I

Students will learn the role of a project leader. The students will gain the knowledge, skills, and disposition required to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and ultimately close a project. Demonstrating ethical decision making as relates to project leadership, is an essential feature of this course.
