Alpha Kappa Delta

Alpha Kappa Delta seeks to acknowledge and promote excellence in scholarship in the study of sociology, the research of social problems, and such other social and intellectual activities as will lead to improvement in the human condition. The Alpha Rho Chapter of Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honor Society, is open to Junior and Senior Sociology majors and minors who have completed at least 12 credits in Sociology, and who have maintained a minimum cumulative index of 3.3, and an average index of 3.00 in all sociology courses taken.
