Facilities of the CMHC Program

The Mental Health and Wellness Center: The Clinical Mental Health Counseling Department at Molloy College has launched the Mental Health and Wellness Center. The Center serves the community members of Rockville Centre and surrounding areas, providing affordable, accessible and high-quality mental health services. Services offered include individual counseling for all ages, as well as group, couples and family counseling. Services are provided by students in their clinical portion (third year) of the program under the direct supervision of highly trained and New York State licensed mental health counselors. The Center’s new state-of-the-art supervision system assists in ensuring for the comfort and privacy of the clients. In addition to traditional clinical services, the Center offers free wellness topics, including anxiety and self-care. Aligned with the mission of Molloy College, the Mental Health and Wellness Center seeks to step outside the walls of the Center and assist the community members in meeting their needs in the place that they need it the most, their community. The Center takes their free workshops to several local schools and community institutions to provide parents, students and other community members with the resources, skills and support that they need.
