BUS 5860 Project Management

(formerly BUS 586)

Students will learn the role of a project leader. The students will gain the knowledge, skills, and disposition required to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and ultimately close a project. Demonstrating ethical decision making as relates to project leadership, is an essential feature of this course. Completion of this course satisfies the eligibility prerequisite to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam.
