Digital Business Transformation Certificate
The certificate in Digital Business Transformation will help students from all disciplines learn to apply appropriate technology-based solutions to business processes. Designed in close collaboration with industry professionals, participants in the certificate program will engage in applied projects, learn the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system, and consider how to enhance their own interpersonal skills to be an effective technology change agent. In order to enroll as an undergraduate, permission by DSIM Department Chair is required.
