MGT 381 Entrepreneurship

During the course, students will explore their entrepreneurial spirit, discover their strengths, and complete an overview of the following disciplines required in business development: ideology, creation, marketing, management and leadership, a financial overview of basic accounting statements, and exploration of funding sources. The class will culminate in a semester ending project requiring the student to prepare a basic business plan for an existing business unit inside an organization or an entrepreneurial endeavor.
