EE 222 Analog I

In this course students will be introduced to continuous time signals (analog). They will become familiar with basic analog circuit design, and analysis, via circuit theory (hand calculations) and circuit simulation tools. The course will involve the introduction of the following components; resistors, capacitors and inductors. Loop and nodal analysis using Kirchoff’s Voltage and Current Laws will form the core of circuit analysis. The student will study general component design techniques, as well as component operation to understand how they are used together to form the basis of analog design.  This course has a laboratory component.
