MGT 408 Organizational Design & Change Management
This course teaches how to approach and solve a large range of organizational problems from a strategic leadership perspective. Theories of organizational design and techniques for managing and leading organizational change efforts will be emphasized via an applied project. Students will understand how to gather relevant facts to identify and address complex business problems, solve problems in a team, and communicate recommendations and results.
