COMM 410 Health Communications

This course examines health communication theory, research, and campaigns. At the end of this course, students will have a solid foundation to conduct and evaluate health communications campaigns targeted to a variety of diverse publics, including patients, families, caregivers, health care providers, and healthcare managers. As part of this course students will participate in a real or simulated client project to demonstrate knowledge of the planning and execution of a health communications campaign.
